Meet our development process
Step 1
Requirement Analysis
Define Project Scope
Share your vision and project objectives, as well as the project's limitations and specifications. Together, we find the best solutions, a description of your product, short, accurate and relatively easy to understand and visualize.
We will send you a business proposal describing cost estimates, scope of work and more.
Step 2
Project Planning
Timeline definition & Agile methodology
You will have the opportunity to get to know the team that will plan, check and prioritize a list of tasks to be performed.
It will also be necessary to identify all the technologies and infrastructure necessary for the project
As soon as the team identifies the tasks and establishes its objectives, a timeline will be presented and validated with you.
In each of these steps, we want and need your feedback, we will always keep lines of communication open.
Step 3
UI/UX Idealization
Mockup proposal & validation
An intuitive and well-designed design is essential for all applications. Regardless of how diverse, functional and complex your application is, the visual part will have a big impact on the user.
The design process includes idealizing the design of the interfaces through the creation of wireframes, for all pages of the application and, in some cases, an interactive visual prototype can also be assembled.
Step 4
Development & Testing
Giving life to your product
We started by configuring the infrastructure and building the necessary architecture for the project.
The next step is to start to develop all the objectives defined in Step 2. This development will be divided by stages (Sprints) with a set of objectives and a defined time interval.
After each step is completed, our team will test the code to check for errors and inconsistencies using. To guarantee the smooth functioning of the application, we set up a set of automatic and manual tests.
After internal testing, the customer will see the result and give their feedback. In the meantime, we will continue to develop the project until all objectives are achieved.
Step 5
Review & Launch
Validation & Publish
After all parts of the project have been developed, a beta version of the product is delivered which is subject to the trial period, where all features and functionality are tested before the final release.
During this process the tests will also be carried out by the customer who will be able to create a group of internal and / or external test users.
In addition to the testing phase, we are also responsible for launching, managing and maintaining the application regardless of the platform (even for mobile applications, we publish on PlayStore and AppStore).
Step 6
Client & Support
Follow up
Despite the common opinion, the launch may not be where everyone says goodbye. Like all complex systems, custom software sometimes requires constant monitoring and maintenance.
Technical updates, new strategies may be necessary, as customer requirements will change over time. In some cases, to ensure that the system operates at 100%, the software needs adjustments and administration.

With the seed in place, the project starts with ~ 50% of the code already made, while we can focus on the development of CORE: custom features and all interfaces and processes.
